Terms & Conditions
1. All items must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.2. All communications concerning purchases or quotes must be made via email or whatsapp. Only contact us on the details provided.
3. Errors and omissions are expected. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed on the site at an incorrect price, Kitchenworld reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
4. Kitchenworld reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.
5. The items listed are subject to stock availability. Only payments made in full confirms an order. Kitchenworld will not be held liable for any damages or loss.
6. This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Due to the nature of our items, Kitchenworld does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
7. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and might differ slightly from the actual product in size, color and packaging.
8. Kitchenworld accepts payments in store, via cash (South African Rand) or Debit/Credit Cards. We Also accept EFT payments directly into our bank account. Goods purchased will only be dispatched once the payment has appeared into our account. Kindly reconfirm the banking details before payments are made.
9. Ownership of the goods changes to the purchaser once the order has been collected from our premises.
10. Kitchenworld will ensure your orders are prepared timeously. Orders will be prepared once payment has been received. Due to stock limitation, no set asides will be made for any Customer. Turn around time for orders after payment has appeared is 2 to 3 working days.
11. All special instructions for orders must be made directly with Kitchenworld.
Returns and refunds:
12. Due to the nature of our items, Kitchenworld reserves the right on all refunds and returns. Kitchenworld will not be held liable for any third-party claims. No refunds or returns will be accepted on the basis of Wear and Tear as well as on durability of goods supplied by Kitchenworld.
13. You have 7 working days to return any item which is supplied by Kitchenworld from the date purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. You have to produce the original receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.
14. Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
15. Kitchenworld will ensure all goods are counted and packed according to the invoice. Purchaser or persons collecting on behalf purchaser must inspect and recount the goods on collection. No shortages will be entertained after collection is made.
16. Once the goods are used, purchaser will not be able to exchange or return the goods.
Courier terms:
17. You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for purchases made. Courier costs are non-refundable.
18. Kitchenworld will ensure to pack the fragile items with extra care and packaging. However, in an event of items been damaged/loss by your courier, we will not be held liable for their damages/loss.
