Return Policy

1. Due to the nature of our items, Kitchenworld reserves the right on all refunds and returns. Kitchenworld will not be held liable for any third-party claims. No refunds or returns will be accepted on the basis of Wear and Tear as well as on durability of goods supplied by Kitchenworld.

2. You have 7 working days to return any item which is supplied by Kitchenworld from the date purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. You have to produce the original receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.

3. Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

4. Kitchenworld will ensure all goods are counted and packed according to the invoice. Purchaser or persons collecting on behalf purchaser must inspect and recount the goods on collection. No shortages will be entertained after collection is made.

5. Once the goods are used, purchaser will not be able to exchange or return the goods.
